Design & Artwork Upload
What file formats and resolution do you accept for custom design uploads?
We accept high-quality PNG or JPG (preferably PNG with transparent background) at 300 DPI or higher. This ensures crisp, clean prints lower resolution may cause blurriness or pixelation.
Can I upload multiple designs to print at once (e.g. for a gang sheet)?
Yes you can upload multiple artworks and request a “gang sheet” layout, where all designs are placed together on one film sheet. This is ideal for bulk orders or creating multiple transfers at once.
Does PrintShap offer design assistance if my artwork is not print-ready?
We recommend you supply print-ready artwork (high resolution, correct format). If you need help preparing artwork like ensuring transparent background, correct dimensions, and print-safe colors contact us and we can advise on file preparation.
What if my uploaded design doesn’t meet the requirements (low resolution, wrong format)?
If artwork doesn’t meet our guidelines, we’ll reach out to you to request a corrected file. Production will only start once we have a file that meets print-ready standards, to ensure quality and prevent issues with printing.
Orders, Production & Gang-Sheet Orders
What is a “gang sheet” and how does it work at PrintShap?
A gang sheet is a single transfer film sheet containing multiple designs or multiple copies of a design placed together to maximize efficiency. This helps reduce waste, speeds up production, and is ideal for bulk or multi-design orders.
Is there a minimum order quantity when ordering gang sheets or custom transfers?
No you can order as little as one gang sheet or one custom transfer. PrintShap accommodates small runs as well as bulk orders.
How long does it take for my order to be processed and ready for shipping?
Typically, after you submit your design and payment, we review the artwork to ensure it meets print requirements. Once approved, production begins. Turnaround depends on order size for small orders or gang-sheet transfers it's often quite fast.
What if I need a rush order or faster turnaround?
If you need expedited production (for example for an event or deadline), let us know at checkout or contact us directly. We’ll do our best to accommodate rush requests depending on workflow and schedule.
