Shipping Policy

At PrintShap, we work hard to deliver fast, reliable shipping for all custom prints and DTF orders. All products are produced at our Brooklyn, NY facility and shipped nationwide.

Processing Time

Most custom print and DTF orders are processed once artwork is approved. Standard processing times vary by order size, but small batches and gang sheets typically move quickly. You will receive an email confirmation once your order enters production.

Shipping Methods

We ship from Brooklyn, NY (610 New York Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11203) using trusted carriers for safe and timely delivery. Shipping options and estimated transit times are shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is provided as soon as your package is shipped. You can monitor delivery progress in real time.

We currently ship across the United States. For special shipping requests, feel free to contact us.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not show movement for an extended period, contact us immediately with your order details. We’ll assist with carrier claims and ensure you receive a replacement when applicable.

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. PrintShap is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
